All Australians to live well and productive lives.
At no time in history has economic growth been so vital to prosperity or jeopardized by the challenge of supporting workforce wellbeing. Intensifying life pressures impact economic productivity by $50B per year. At this opportune juncture where research and technology can be applied to support workplace wellbeing, the Well and Productive CRC aims to produce tangible, workplace wellbeing and productivity outcomes for workers and workforces and commercialise new medical technologies for export.
Industry partners and SMEs from corporate Australia, as well as researchers with significant knowledge and expertise in mental health and workplace wellbeing, have joined forces to understand the impact that work and work environments have on individual health and wellbeing. With an emphasis on using data to optimise workers’ performance and productivity, this committed consortium is focused on co-designing customised, curated and fast-tracked research and development. Together, we are committed to realizing real solutions through three integrated programs that focus on translating research to practice and policy.
The Well and Productive CRC will deliver leading edge research, products and services that support wellbeing, boost productivity and drive mental health innovations for Australia and internationally. This foundation provides a very strong basis for the next generation of work being proposed by the Well and Productive CRC
